One Account Per Person
Each user may register and maintain only one account on the 5555q platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 5555q reserves the right to close all related accounts, cancel any outstanding bonuses, and withhold any winnings pending review.
Clause 2.3
Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. 5555q may require you to provide supporting identification documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 5555q will never contact you to request your password or OTP codes. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 5555q immediately at [email protected].

Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods
5555q currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. 5555q does not charge processing fees on withdrawals from the platform side; any fees that appear are charged by the payment provider. 5555q reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Clause 3.3
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to 5555q is considered a material breach of these Terms. 5555q reserves the right to suspend your account and seek recovery of any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback. Deposits made to your 5555q account must be used for gaming purposes. Funds may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any genuine gaming activity — this constitutes abuse of the payment system and may result in account suspension. Where 5555q reasonably suspects that a deposit and withdrawal cycle has been conducted without genuine wagering, it reserves the right to decline the withdrawal pending investigation.

Clause 4.1
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotional offers, and free spins offered by 5555q are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Clause 4.2
Bonus Eligibility and Single Use

Clause 4.3
Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
5555q reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of claiming, unless the modification is required to correct an error or comply with a legal requirement.
Bonus funds and free spin winnings are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing rules. The order in which real-money and bonus funds are wagered is determined by the platform and displayed in your account cashier.

Clause 5.1

Prohibited Conduct

Clause 5.3
Bet Settlement and Disputes
All bets are settled in accordance with the official rules of the relevant game or sporting event as determined by 5555q. In the case of cricket betting, results are determined by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute to [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
5555q operates cricket betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international cricket events. Odds are updated in real time during in-play markets and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and will not be changed regardless of subsequent market movements. Voided bets — for example where a match is abandoned — will have the stake returned to the player's account.

Clause 6.2
Platform-Initiated Account Actions

Clause 6.3
Funds on Suspended Accounts
Where an account is suspended by 5555q pending investigation, real-money funds held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, funds will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the player's preference. Where a breach is confirmed, 5555q reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable law and the severity of the breach.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the platform's operating territory.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 5555q with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by 5555q of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach.
